Police log July 24 to July 31

POLICE LOG

Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Tuesday, July 24

1:54 a.m.: Tyler Russell, 25, of Sonora was arrested at the intersection of Casa Grande Road and Lakeville Highway for possession of narcotics, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and violation of parole.

7:44 a.m.: Humberto Chavarria Garcia, 31, of Petaluma was arrested at 1120 Baywood Drive for entering a noncommercial dwelling.

3:49 p.m.: Jesus H. Utrilla, 39, of Petaluma was cited at 501 Eastwood Drive for a bench warrant.

7:30 p.m.: Mariah L. Fullbright, 41, of Novato was arrested at 389 McDowell Boulevard for public intoxication and violation of probation.

11:12 p.m.: Brian G. Heiden, 44, of Cotati was arrested at the intersection of Lakeville Highway and McDowell Boulevard for evading a peace officer and reckless driving on a highway.

Wednesday, July 25

12:46 a.m.: Adam E. Campigli, 22, of Petaluma was cited at the intersection of Evergreen Lane and S. McDowell Boulevard for driving under the influence of alcohol.

7:34 a.m.: John J. Stout, 42, of Petaluma was arrested at the intersection of Maria Drive and Northstar Drive for driving under the influence of alcohol.

11:28 a.m.: Riley C. Schleth, 22, of Petaluma was arrested at 969 Petaluma Boulevard for possession of narcotics with the intent to sell, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and felony possession of a firearm.

1:09 p.m.: Ana M. Meinhofer, 71, identified as homeless, was arrested at 134 Petaluma Boulevard for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and violation of probation.

5:21 p.m.: Kyle L. Leber, 22, of Petaluma was arrested at 4701 Bodega Avenue for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

10:32 p.m.: Christian Romero-Barragan, 23, of Petaluma was arrested at the intersection of Ely Boulevard S. and Spyglass Road for domestic battery and violation of probation.

Thursday, July 26

12:37 a.m.: Anthony C. Mills, 56, of Petaluma was arrested at the corner of E. D Street and Lakeville Street for driving under the influence of alcohol.

1:13 a.m.: James T. Goff, 32, of Santa Rosa was arrested at 101 E. Washington Street for obstruction of justice and violation of probation.

10:35 a.m.: A 17-year-old juvenile from Petaluma was cited at 1066 Maria Drive for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize and attempting to prevent a witness or victim of a crime from reporting it, both felonies.

4:57 p.m.: Matthew A. Phillips, 26, of Rohnert Park was arrested at the corner of San Juan Way and St. Francis Drive for driving under the influence of drugs while causing bodily injury and a hit-and-run resulting in a death or injury.

10:33 p.m.: Christopher M. Rosen, 36, of Petaluma was arrested at the corner of Ellis Street and E. Washington Street for felony receipt of known stolen property, carrying a loaded stolen firearm and felony violation of a domestic violence court order.

Friday, July 27

11:11 a.m.: Jeffrey L. Butler, 35, of Petaluma was arrested at 401 Kenilworth Drive for shoplifting and trespassing.

1:45 p.m.: Ryan L. Matelli, 31, of Rohnert Park was arrested at 204 Black Oak Drive for a felony probation warrant.

Saturday, July 28

2:25 a.m.: David R. Lee III, 27, of Petaluma was arrested at 47 Allegheny Court for obstruction of justice and violation of probation.

1:15 p.m.: Dean T. Wilkinson, 49, of Santa Rosa was cited at 177 Lynch Creek Way for possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

3:10 p.m.: Roni H. Davidson, 49, of Santa Rosa was arrested at the corner of Corona Road and N. McDowell Boulevard for providing false identification to peace officers and a bench warrant.

7:50 p.m.: Vincent. M. Hickey, 56, of Sebastopol was arrested at 23 Fairview Terrace for a felony bench warrant.

10:33 p.m.: Elizabeth L. Hohmann, 59, was arrested at the corner of E. D Street and E. Washington Street for public intoxication and violation of probation.

Sunday, July 29

2:19 a.m.: Luis R. Robledo, 36, of Petaluma was arrested at 406 E. Washington Street for driving under the influence of alcohol.

8:10 p.m.: Brandon C. Tracy, 24, of Petaluma was arrested at the corner of Nikki Drive and Sunset Parkway for disobeying a court order.

9:11 p.m.: Stephen Andrews, 62, of Petaluma was arrested at 198 D Street for public intoxication.

Monday, July 30

11:37 p.m.: Fernando Maganplancarte, 48, of Petaluma was arrested at 128 Kentucky Street for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and violation of probation.

11:39 p.m.: Ismael A. Cervantes Cruz, 30, of Petaluma was arrested at the corner of N. McDowell Boulevard and E. Washington Street for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Tuesday, July 31

1:45 a.m.: Justin Haet, 36, of Santa Rosa was arrested on Petaluma Boulevard North for possession of a controlled substance.

9:39 a.m.: Jeramy Patton, 39, who does not have a listed address was arrested at 1722 Silverado Cir. for attempted burglary.

10:18 a.m.: Jeffrey Bordessa, 28, of Petaluma was arrested at 707 Brody Pl. for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia and violation of parole.
