New racquetball class begins

The next Petaluma Valley Athletic Club junior racquetball class will begin Sept, 6. and continue every Saturday until mid-December.

The class is open to youngsters ages 6 to 18 with no skills at all to the advanced level. Classes are Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon for beginners and noon to 2 p.m. for intermediate and advanced players.

Sign up forms can be found by the front desk at PVAC. The cost is $25 for members (PVAC or Rolling Hills clubs) and $30 for non-members for the whole session. 

The class is run by Advanced AMPRO Instructor, Brian Dixon with advanced players assisting in teaching the beginner class. Players learn the rules of the game, mechanics, shots and serves of the game. Emphasis is on good sportsmanship and safety.
