Tomales High School players and fans will honor head football coach Leon Feliciano prior to tonight’s game against rival St. Vincent.

This is Felicano’s last season as Tomales head coach after 19 years of leading the Braves.

Felciano’s teams have made the North Coast Section playoffs in 16 of his 19 years and won three NCS championships and six North Central league II titles.

He was the North Coast Section Coach of the Year in 2011.

Feliciano will be honored at 7 p.m. prior to the 7:30 p.m. game.

Last week, Willy Lepori returned the opening kickoff 85 yards to the house and Tomales went on to defeat Calistoga, 28-13, for its second straight win without a loss in North Central League II play. The Braves are 5-1 overall.

Tomales built a 20-0 opening quarter lead and never trailed.

Lepori finished with 150 yards on 27 carries, and also caught two passes for 77 yards, including one from quarterback Joel Gutierrez for a 38-yard touchdown.

Gutierrez scored twice for the Braves on 1-yard runs.
