North Bay Rowing Club takes six firsts in 11 events
The North Bay Rowing Club traveled to the Oakland-Alameda Estuary to compete in the 510 Sprints. After a slow start to the season, the squad came away with some impressive results.
“I am very proud of the effort the kids showed,” said head coach Will Whalen. “We have been training hard and the results are showing up on the racecourse.”
Of the 11 events entered, North Bay notched six first-place awards, three second places and two third places, marking the best results of the season so far.
