Henry hammers two slams for SV girls

Sully Henry blasted two grand-slam home runs to power the St. Vincent girls softball team to a 19-10 win over Santa Rosa on Tuesday afternoon.

The Lady Mustangs had 12 hits, with Hailey Antonini collecting four hits and driving in two runs. St. Vincent leadoff hitter McKenna Wilson-Kay scored three runs. Kaitlyn Delamontanya had a key RBI hit and freshman Alessandra Ditizio had a hit, scored two runs and drove in a run.

Last week the Mustangs used two big rallies to beat Cloverdale, 7-3. The Lady Mustangs scored three runs in the first inning and added a game-clinching four in the fifth.

Antonini had two hits for St. Vincent and Wilson-Kay slugged a double.

Henry whiffed 14 Cloverdale batters, allowing six hits for the win.

St. Vincent is now 4-0 for the season.
