Petaluman Aidan Eustace defended his title and placed first at the Southwest Pacific Inline Speed League’s Regionals championship.

Eustace, 16, is now training hard for Nationals, to be held in Lincoln, Nebraska in July.

At Nationals, Eustace will compete in the Junior Men’s division, skating three distances — 500 meters, 1,000 meters and 2,000 meters. In addition, he will skate in 2-man 50 lap relay.

Eustace currently practices two to three times a week at Calskate in Rohnert Park with the North Coast Inline Racing team, in addition to traveling to Roseville once a week for additional training with Roseville Speed.
