Casa Grande High School graduate Spencer Torkelson continued to slam the ball in his first year of collegiate baseball last weekend.

Playing for Arizona State against Oklahoma State, Torkelson had five hits in 10 at bats, with a homer, three doubles and four runs scored.

Already this season, he has seven home runs, second in the nation. He is also tied for sixth in total bases and 11th in slugging percentage.
