Petaluma photographer captures New York outbreak

Petaluma photographer Joshua Torres took up residency in New York City as the coronavirus pandemic ravaged the city. Torres, who has also covered the surge of immigrants at the U.S.-Mexico border, captured scenes of daily life in New York, which had the biggest outbreak of COVID-19.
