PEP plans Fisher Housing

PEP Housing named its new affordable senior housing complex Fisher Senior Apartments after longtime board member Leota Fisher. She is a retired hospice nurse and celebrating her 98th birthday in August. She has been an active board member since 1992, serving for several years as the secretary and currently on the board’s Administration Committee. The housing complex, being developed by the city of Petaluma along with PEP, will be conveniently located adjacent the downtown transportation hub and Petaluma’s future SMART train stop nearby.

White hired at Terra Firma

Continuing its North Bay growth, Keith White has been hired as a sales associate at Terra Firma Global Partners.

White comes to Terra Firma with almost a decade of real estate experience as an appraiser in the North Bay area. He previously worked for Smart Appraisal Services and Silverhawk Appraisal Company.

Raised in Sebastopol by a long line of real estate professionals, entrepreneurs and investors, White has strong ties to Sonoma County. He studied business, anthropology and linguistics at Sonoma State University.

Merger at Magid Stroud

Magid Accountancy Corp. of Novato and Scott Stroud, a certified public accountant of Petaluma, have merged. The new firm is called Magid Stroud Accountancy Corporation. The combined firm will operate offices in Novato and Petaluma and will employ a staff of eight, including four CPAs. Sandy Magid and Stroud will jointly manage the firm. Clients include individuals and businesses in a wide range of industries including health care, construction, entertainment, retail and wine.
