The Petaluma Fire Department recorded 109 calls during the week of June 5-11.

Monday, June 5

6:01 p.m.: A Monday evening meal was cooked extra well-done after a propane tank caught fire while a man was barbecuing at 440 Case Verde Road. The family doused flames with a fire extinguisher before crews arrived. After determining the grease trap was overflowing, firefighters cleaned the grill and the back patio.
