Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published. Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Thursday, Aug. 31

5:45 p.m.: A battery was reported at 405 Bodega Ave.

Saturday, Sept. 2

11:21 p.m.: Cecelia Schleth, a 24-year-old Petaluma resident, was arrested at the intersection of Maria and Morning Glory Drives on suspicion of felony domestic assault.

Sunday, Sept. 3:

2:12 a.m.: Petaluma’s Richard Marsh, 54, was cited at the intersection of Bodega Avenue and Middle Two Rock Road on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

5:43 p.m.: David MacNeil, 65, was arrested at a location on Baywood Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and a felony of threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

3:22 p.m.: Police arrested Gavin Lockhart, a 22-year-old transient man, at the intersection of Alta and Crinella drives on suspicion of misdemeanors of domestic battery, violating probation and violating a domestic violence court order.

4:54 p.m.: Carter Haven, 66, was arrested at 201 East Washington St. on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
