Police Log

Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published. Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

1:42 a.m.: Santa Rosa’s Jenna M. Feeny, 31, was cited at 5153 Old Redwood Hwy. on possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

1:45 a.m.: Jacob J. Hutchinson, 31, of Santa Rosa was cited at 5153 Old Redwood Hwy. for possession of a controlled substance.

8:40 a.m.: Police cited a juvenile, 15, a resident of Penngrove, at 201 Fair St., for possession of a weapon and posession of narcotics, both misdemeanors.

9:21 p.m.: At 1631 Albin Way, police arrested Yash Pal, 54, of Petaluma on a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, Oct. 26

8:31 a.m.: Santa Rosa’s Rodney Carroll, 45, was arrested at 400 N. McDowell Blvd.. on a felony outside warrant.

4:12 p.m.: Rohynert Park’s Nicki Sproul, 31, was arrested at 1368 N. McDowell Blvd. on a felony bench warrant

8:14 p.m.: Anthony J. Smith, 41, of Petaluma was arrested Cherry St., for felony assault with injury, and felont threat with intent to terrorize.

Friday, Oct. 27

12:50 a.m.: Jessica N. George, 34, of Santa Rosa was arrested on Petaluma Blvd. near Shasta for driving under the influence of alchohol, a misdemeanor.

2:42 a.m.: Petaluma’s Daniel A. Ulloa, 24, was arrested at 100 Petaluma Blvd. for public intoxication and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

5:53 a.m.: Luis J. Diasreyes, 22, of Petaluma was arrested at 1902 Marilyn Circle for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, and a bench warrant, all three misdemeanors.

10:14 a.m.: Nicholas H. Dalamontanya, 27, of Petaluma was arrested on Crystal Lane near Pealuma Boulevard for driving under the influence of drugs and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

2:25 p.m.: Petaluma’s Russell B. ALbright, 46, was arrested on suspicion of battery of an ex-spouse, a misdemeanor.

5:35 p.m.: Petaluman Richard Rivard, 28, was arrested at 900 Hopper St. for driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury, a felony, and driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor.

9:39 p.m.: Petaluma’s Teresa L. Carmona, 28, was arrested on East Washington Street on suspicion of battery of a ex-spouse, a misdemeanor.

Saturday, Oct. 28

12:31 a.m.: Police arrested Petaluma’s Martin Peterson, 39, at 23 Petaluma Blvd. for public intoxication, a misdemeanor.

12:32 a.m.: Police also arrested Petaluma’s William Tennison, 36, also at 23 Petaluma Blvd., also for public intoxication, a misdemeanor.

10:05 a.m.: Craig A. Jackson, 57, of Petaluma was arrested at 900 Hopper St. on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

8:54 p.m.: Damion E. Grissom, 44, of Petaluma, was cited at 1002 Lakeville for violation of Probation, a misdemeanor.

Sunday, Oct. 29

3:35 a.m.: Curtis W. Waters, 52, of Petaluma, was arrested at 106 Petaluma Blvd. for public intoxication, and a bench warrant, both misdemeanora.

8:29 a.m.: Police arrested Derek C. Warwick, 28, of Petaluma at 1112 Gumwood Lane for aggravated assault with injury, a felony, and violation of probation, a misdemeanor.

12:19 p.m.: Oscar M. Arteaga, 20, of Santa Rosa was cited at 5155 Old Redwood Hwy. for driving under the influence of alcohol, and for driving without a license, both misdemeanors.

12:42 p.m.: Santa Rosa’s Melany R. Pestana, 19, was arrested on Western Avenue on a misdemeanor charge of battery and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

11:17 p.m.: Terry L. Slater, 55, of Petaluma was arrested at 107 Water St., on a misdemeanor charge of violation of probation.

Monday, Oct. 30

1:31 a.m.: Eric B. Jackson, 34, of San Jose, was arrested at 227 McDowell Ave. for felony violation of probation and possession of a controlled substance. a misdemeanor

2:15 a.m.: Samantha C. Watson, 23, was arrested at 628 Elm St. for driving under the influence of alcohol.

5:58 a.m.: Vince S. Kang, 27, was arrested on Park Lane for obstructing and resisting a peace officer, evading a peace officer, and possession of narcotics.

8:24 p.m.: Adam D. Fraley, 26, of Windsor was arrested at 969 Petaluma Blvd. on misdemeanor charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of probation.

10:02 p.m.: Andrew R. Brown, 36, a transient, was arrested at 135 Kentucky St. for vandalism, and posession of a drill with intent to vandalize, both misdemeanors.

Tuesday, Oct. 31

10:29 a.m.: Joshua Mertz, 29, of Petaluma was arrested at 225 N. McDowell, for indecent exposure and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

5:22 p.m.: Dante Vasquehaley, 23, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at the corner of Bodega and Eucalyptus for reckless driving.
