Police Log

Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published. Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

2:04 a.m.: Santa Rosa’s Christopher O. Philson, 33, was announced at 146 Kentucky St. on two violations of probation, one a felony, the other a misdemeanor.

1:15 p.m.: Bryan E. Williams, 51, a transient, was arrested at Lynch Creek and Fox Hollow Park for posession of controlled substance, at 5153 Old Redwood Hwy. for possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, loitering, violation of probation, placing a polutant near state waters, all misdemeanors.

2:11 p.m.: Police arrested Reuby J. Koski Scott, 39, a resident of Petaluma, at 1464 Sunrise Pl., for possession of a controlled substance and destroying evidence, both misdemeanors.

2:11 p.m.: Police arrested Shant M. Singh, 52, aof Rohnert Park, at 1464 Sunrise Pl., on violtion of probation.

3:11 p.m.: Steve T. Alves, 35, a homeless person, was arrested on Lynch Creek for disorderly conduct, violation of probation, and placing a polutant near state waters, all all misdemeanors.

8:12 p.m.: Robert A, Davis, 58, of Petaluma, was arrested for misdemeanor violation of probation at 575 N. McDowell.

11:28 p.m.: Justin D. Hamilton, 28. of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 5151 Montero Dr. for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

Thursday, Nov. 2

12:58 a.m.: Petaluma’s Brian E. Martin, 49, was arrested at 1363. N. McDowell Blvd. for misdemeanor possiession of paraphernalia, and felony possesion of a sword.

1:22 a.m.: Eric S. Porras, 38, of Houston, Texas, was arrested at 146 Kentucky for public intoxication.

3:36 p.m.: Steven A, Pallas, 51, of Petaluma, was arrested at 900 Western Ave., for assault with a stun-gun, a felony, and battery on a person.

Friday, Nov. 3

12:16 a.m.: Kristen M. Webb, 43, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on Old Redwood Hwy. for misdemeanor posession of narcotics and violation of probation.

12:16 a.m.: San Francisco’s Vajra K. Barzaghi, 41, was arrested on Old Redwood Hwy. for possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and violation of probation.

9:57 a.m.: Christopher W. Bryson, an 18-year-old homeless person, was arrested near Lynch Creek trail for possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

11:27 a.m.: Grover C. Beagle, Jr, 59, a homeless person, was arrested at the corner of Washington St. and N. McDowell Blvd. public intoxication and resisting arrest.

6:36 p.m.: Santa Rosa’s Michael J. Williams, 59, was arrested at 101 2nd St.for public intoxication and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

8:01 p.m.: Petaluman Ruby A. Bekebrede, 21, was arrested at 616 Western for possession of a controlled substance, and paraphernalia, bot misdemeanors.

8:19 p.m.: Petaluma’s Douglas G. Lindt, 23, was arrested at 616 Western for violation of probation, a misdemeanor.

Saturday, Nov. 4

11:24 a.m.: Police arrested Petaluma’s German Aguilar-Contreras, 33, at 630 Lakeville Ct., for a misdemeanor bench warrant and false identification to police officers.

2:37 p.m.: Police cited Ukiah’s Christopher Leloup, 26, at 207 S. McDowell Blvd., on an outside warrant.

4:16 a.m.: Andrew R. Brown, 36, a transient, was cited at 2 E. Washington St. on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

6:27 p.m.: Rachel N. Murray, 27, of Vallejo, was arrested at 210 Edith St. for misdemeanor driving under the influence.

Sunday, Nov. 5

1:16 a.m.: Samuel L. Shelyon, 42, of Rohnert Park, was arrested on Stillson Dr. for a felony charge of assault with injury.

1:38 a.m.: Police arrested Omar J. Lopes, 18, of Petaluma, at 246 Petaluma Blvd., for public intoxication, and fighting in a public place, both misdemeanors.

2:28 a.m.: Anthony P. Belle, 23, of Petaluma, was arrested at 918 Cedarwood Dr. on a felony bench warrant

11:30 a.m.: Curtis M. Cliburn, a transient, 36, was arrested at Washington St. and Hwy. 101 on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

11:51 a.m.: Larry A. Beck, 61, of Petaluma, was arrested at Washington St. and Hwy. 101 for two misdemeanor bench warrants.

12:32 a.m.: Joshua B. Mertz, 30, of Petaluma, was arrested at 100 Fairgrounds Dr., misdemeanor battery on a person, tresspassing and destruction, and violation of probation.

5:37 p.m.: Amber F. Gonterman, 20, a transient, was arrested at 100 S. McDowell for possession of paraphernalia and violation of probation.

Monday, Nov. 6

1:21 a.m.: Mark T. Randall, 64, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at N. McDowell Blvd. on a misdemeanor outside warrant.

2:46 a.m.: Damion E. Grissom, 33, od Petaluma, was arrested at 400 N. McDowell Blvd.. for violation of probation and tresspassing while refusing to leave.

2:52 p.m.: Steven G. Brodie, 42, of Santa Rosa, was arrested 368 Petaluma Blvd. for possession of a stolen shopping/laundry cart, disordelry conduct, and violation of probation.

3:30 p.m.: Justin I Wandrey, 46, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 890 Petaluma Blvd. on misdemeanor probation violation.

5:09 p.m.: Nalani V. Felli, 47, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 196 Cinnabar Ln. for burglary, a felony, and posession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

9:13 p.m.: Ciorrine Abbott, 56, of Petaluma, was arrested on Stony Point for battery on a spouse.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

12:25 a.m.: Samantha J. Coffey, 48, a homeless person, was arrested at 127 Payran St, for violation of probation, a misdemeanor.

2:12 a.m.: Joseph G. Fechter, 38, of Petaluma, was arrested at the corner of G St. and Petaluma Blvd. for misdemeanor possession of narcotics and paraphernalia

3:54 a.m.: Allan C. Copeland, 69, of Petaluma, was arrested at 120 4th St. on an outside warrant.

10:59 a.m.: Terra L. Trunick, 25, of Petaluma, was arrested at the corner of McGreggor and Sutter St., for friving under the influence of alcohol.

5:45 p.m.: Jaycob R. Marsh, 24, was cited on N. McDowell Blvd. for carrying a loaded firearm in a public place, a misdemeanor.

11:30 p.m.: Robert N. Morris, 57, of Sonoma, was cited at 1401 N. McDowell Blvd. for driving under the influence of alcohol.
