Police Log

Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published. Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Thursday, Dec. 28

3:04 p.m.: Britany M. Nallfried, 26, of Petaluma was arrested on Lauren Drive at East Madison Street for misdemeanor violation of probation.

4:32 p.m.: Lanie R. Zimmermanswitzer, 63, of Petaluma was cited at 939 Lakeville St. on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

7:34 p.m.: Frederic L. Dutter, 68, of Petaluma was cited at 203 S. McDowell Blvd. for misdemeanor violation of probation.

9:51 p.m.: Antonio Gudion, 22, of Petaluma was arrested on Lakeville Court for misdemeanor battery on a spouse.

10:18 p.m.: Travis R. Baker, 30, of Petaluma was arrested on Corona Road for violation of probabtion and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.

10:18 p.m.: Bradley C. Holl, 64, of Santa Rosa was arrested on Corona Road for violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, and displaying false proof of registration, all misdemeanors.

Friday, Dec. 29

1:01 a.m.: Jamie A. Arias-Garfias, 26, of Santa Rosa was cited at the corner of North McDowell Boulevard and Old Redwood Highway on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

10:13 a.m.: Rafael G Ramilrez-Hernandez, 31, of Petaluma was arrested at the corner of North McDowell Boulevard and Old Redwood Highway for two misdemeanor warrants and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

11:17 a.m.: Christopher J. Boasso, 45, of Petaluma was arrested on Ely Street for misdemeanor battery.

4:55 p.m.: A 14-year-old Penngrove juvenile was arrested on West Payran Street for public intoxication, a misdemeanor.

Saturday, Dec. 30

12:46 a.m.: Damian H. Lagomarsino, 21, of Petaluma was arrested at 430 Washington St. for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant.

3:25 a.m.: Gerald M. Perez, 31, of Santa Rosa was arrested at 256 Petaluma Blvd. N. for felony violation of probation.

1:41 p.m.: Amy E. Bradburn, 46, of San Francisco was cited at the Target store, 401 Kenilworth Court, for misdemeanor shoplifting.

3:16 p.m.: Shannon C. Gregg, 39, of Santa Rosa was arrested at 1364 McDowell Blvd. for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

8:06 p.m.: Andrew R. Brown, 36, a tranisent, was arrested at the corner of Payran Street and Washington Street for public intoxication and resisting a police officer, both misdemeanors.

Sunday Dec. 31

3:42 a.m.: Justin L. Vandaveer, 35, of Petaluma was arrested at 333 Casa Grande Road on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

8:26 a.m.: Gregory E. Swimm, 55, of Petaluma was arrested at 1420 Weaverly Road on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

9:20 a.m.: Jamie A. Salkeld, 54, of Petaluma was arrested on Anetta Drive for causing the harm or death of an elder, a felony.

3:06 p.m.: Steve T. Alvez, 35, of Petaluma, was arrested at 500 Hopper St. on two misdemeanor bench warrants.

10:59 p.m.: Matthew P. Carney, 33, was arrested on Lakeville Street for misdemeanor violation of a divorce court order.

Monday, Jan. 1

12:26 a.m.: Jerammy S. Bowler, 27, of Petaluma was arrested 1288 Berrydale Court on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

2:35 p.m.: Eduardo J. Castro, 27, of Santa Rosa waas arrested at the East Washington Street offramp of 101 for driving without a license while under the influence of alcohol, both misdemeanors.

5:23 a.m.: Christopher B. Monson, 25, of Petaluma was arrested at 246 Petaluma Blvd., for misdemeanor violation of probation.

1:40 p.m.: Mark A. Williams, 18, of Petaluma was arrested at the corner of Hayes Lane and Hill Boulevard driving without a license with no proof of insurance, and for failing to inform the DMV about a transfer of automobile ownership. These are all misdemeanors.

10:45 p.m.: Yizel Picazo, 28, of Petaluma was arrested at 454 Lakeville Court for child endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol, both misdemeanors.

Tuesday, Jan. 2

12:13 a.m.: Lee S. Bussell, 54, a homeless individual, was cited at 1308 Dynamic St. for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

11:36 a.m.: Kristopher P. Weber, 36, of Petaluma was arrested on West Payran Street at Petaluma Boulevard for appropriation of lost property and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.
