Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Wednesday, April 4

3:16 p.m: Michael J. Bogel, 48, of Rohnert Park was arrested on Fairgrounds Drive for felony assault with injury.

6:49 p.m.: A 16-year-old Petaluma juvenile was arrested at 333 S. McDowell Blvd. on a felony bench warrant and three misdemeanor bench warrants.

Thursday, April 5

8:06 a.m.: Justin L. Vandaveer, 36, and Candace M. Ikerd, 33, both of Petaluma, were arrested at 401 Kenilworth Dr. for misdemeanor disorderly conduct and loitering.

1:49 p.m.: Benjamin L. Algeer, 49, of Petaluma was cited at the corner of Bear Creek Court and McNear Avenue for misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

8:42 p.m.: Floyd Johnson, 40, of Lowell was arrested at the corner of Lakeville and Washington for midemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol.

10:37 p.m.: Juan P. Cruz, 34, of Petaluma was arrested on Lakeville Court for misdemeanor vandalism and felony assault with injury.

11:19 p.m.: Michelle L. Behrsgiuliani, 36, of Petaluma was arrested at Jamison’s Roaring Donkey (146 Kentucky St.) for misdemeanor battery.

11:36 p.m.: Paris A. Pannone, 49, of Boise, Idaho was arrested on B Street for misdemeanor public intoxication.

Friday, April 6

2:47 a.m.: Randy A. Severdia, 45, of Novato was arrested at the Nortbound onramp of Highway 101 at Old Redwood Highway for misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, displaying false proof of registration and driving with a suspended license.

2:39 p.m.: Carl E. Trumble, 20, of Sonoma was arrested at Kohl’s Department Store (1363 N. McDowell Blvd.) for misdemeanor shoplifting.

6:25 p.m.: Sidney Jeans, 76, of Petaluma was arrested at 2200 Petaluma Blvd. for driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdmeanor.

8:48 p.m.: David G. Gomez, 57, of Petaluma was arrested on Ellis Street for misdemeanor battery on a spouse.

Saturday, April 7

12:48 a.m.: Michael G. Crider, 20, of Petaluma was arrested at Gale’s Central Club (106 Petaluma Blvd.) for misdemeanor public intoxication.

4:01 a.m.: Shaine C. Osborne, 57, of Petaluma was arrested at 900 Hopper St. for public intoxication, a midemeanor.

Sunday, April 8

5:10 p.m.: Juan C. Hernandez, 40, of Petaluma was cited at the corner of Grey Street and Water Street for driving with a suspended license.

8:59 p.m.: Dominic J. Bacigalupi, 42, was arrested at Petaluma Valley Hospital (400 N. McDowell St.) for public intoxication and resisting a police officer.

9:19 p.m.: Jacob E. Allison, 41, of Petaluma was arrested at Gale’s Central Club (106 Petaluma Blvd.) for public intoxication and resisting a police officer.

Monday, April 9

2:33 a.m.: Ian J. Williams, 40, of Petaluma, was arrested at 100 N. McDowell Blvd. for misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol, with a suspended license (another misdemeanor), without a required DUI-prevention interlock device (another misdemeanor), and a misdemeanor bench warrant.

5:45 p.m.: Jason R. Stevens, 36, and Carrie L. O’Donnell, 45, both of Petaluma, were cited at the corner of Petaluma Boulevard and Prospect Court for possession of controlled substances and paraphernalia, both misdemeanors, O’Donnell was also cited for driving with a suspended license.

Tuesday, April 10

11:30 a.m.: Brittany J. Adkins, 25, Christopher I. Ketzler, 41, and Larry A. Beck, 61, all identified as homeless, were cited at 971 Transport Way for misdemeanor disorderly conduct and loitering.

4:35 p.m.: Jayson R. Bonnett, 38, of Sonoma, was arrested at 410 Hopper St. for attempting to steal a vehicle (a felony), and also for tresspassing, and receiving stolen property, both misdemeanors.
