POLICE LOG

Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Tuesday, Aug. 7

1:34 p.m.: Jay R. Wagner, 62, of Kenwood was cited at 905 E. Washington Street for driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic sign.

11:12 p.m.: Christopher J. Stackpole, 36, of Petaluma was arrested at Community Center Way and E. Madison Street for a bench warrant.

11:17 p.m.: Diego Herrera, 50, of Rohnert Park was arrested at Enterprise Drive for violating a restraining order.

Wednesday, Aug. 8

12:30 a.m.: Patricia C. Fairlee, 33, identified as homeless was arrested at N. McDowell Boulevard for carrying a concealed weapon and violation of probation.

12:36 a.m.: Anessa K. Sablan, 18, of Petaluma was arrested at the intersection of 6th Street and D Street for driving under the influence of alcohol and a hit and run resulting in death or injury to another party.

8:55 a.m.: Aaron M. Webster, 30, of Rohnert Park was arrested at 1280 N. McDowell Boulevard for driving under the influence of alcohol.

12:21 p.m.: Jeremiah D. Perry, 23, identified as homeless, was arrested at 320 N. McDowell Boulevard for shoplifting.

Thursday, Aug. 9

6:36 a.m.: Joshua B. Mertz, 21, identified as a transient, was arrested at 375 S. McDowell Boulevard for violation of probation.

6:01 p.m.: Jacinto R. Carreno Hernandez, 56, of Rohnert Park was arrested on Clegg Street for driving under the influence of alcohol and violation of probation.

Friday, Aug. 10

12:51 p.m.: Krysta A. Schoeneweis, 32, of Petaluma was cited at 216 Hill Boulevard for a bench warrant.

Saturday, Aug. 11

2:50 a.m.: Elijah C. Stephenson, 27, of Rohnert Park was arrested on the E. Washington Street northbound onramp for driving under the influence of alcohol.

11:38 a.m.: Kevin C. Ellsworth, 25, of Petaluma was arrested on Wieling Way for aggravated domestic assault causing injury.

Sunday, Aug. 12

12:34 a.m.: Alyson L. Baughman, 30, of Petaluma was arrested at the corner of Petaluma Boulevard N. and Western Avenue for domestic battery involving a spouse.

3:11 a.m.: Rosa D. Marin, 39, of Petaluma was arrested on St. Francis Drive for simple domestic assault causing injury.

6:52 p.m.: Police responded to a burglary at 201 N. McDowell Boulevard where two black male adults entered a T-Mobile store and stole seven cellular phones and an iPad, valued at over $950. Video surveillance showed them to be associated with a newer model, red Nissan Altima that possibly had paper license plates.

9:22 p.m.: Police responded to an armed robbery at 300 English Street where two Hispanic male adults robbed a man after entering his trailer at the Moose Lodge. The assailants demanded the victim give them cash and his cellphone and struck him twice on the head with the firearms. Suspects fled the area in a grey Chrysler, partial plate 4QU 7. An airsoft pistol was found at the scene.

9:26 p.m.: Mark T. Randol, 64, of Rohnert Park was arrested at the corner of E. Madison Street and N. McDowell Boulevard for a hit and run causing property damage.

10:32 p.m.: Austin D. Pace, 22, of Napa was arrested at the corner of Casa Grande Road and Ely Boulevard S. for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Monday, Aug. 13

12:42 a.m.: Leanna L. Halvorsen, 29, of Petaluma was arrested at a dead end on E. D Street for a bench warrant and outside warrant.

9:16 a.m.: Matthew D. Owens, 37, of Petaluma was arrested at 969 Petaluma Boulevard N. for a felony bench warrant.

3:41 p.m.: Ted A. Wilson, 49, of Petaluma was arrested on Payran Street for domestic battery involving a spouse.

3:43 p.m.: Kevin M. Bryant, 51, of Petaluma was arrested at 1368 N. McDowell Boulevard for public intoxication.

7:17 p.m.: Tamra N. Kazemi, 32, of Petaluma was cited at 40 Round Walk Circle for obtaining another person’s information to obtain credit.

Tuesday, Aug. 14

3:26 p.m.: Matthew N. Bushner, 28, of Santa Rosa was arrested at 869 S. McDowell Boulevard for violation of probation and disobeying a court order.

6:17 p.m.: Kyle L. Leber, 21, of Petaluma was arrested at 401 Kenilworth Drive for burglary and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

6:25 p.m.: Adan Ravelo Reyes, 29, of Petaluma was arrested on Douglas Street for violating a court order.

7:16 p.m.: Maria G. Hernandez-Pardo, 23, of Petaluma was arrested at 268 Douglas Street for obstruction of justice and violation of probation.

10:30 p.m.: Jose L. Nazario-Ramos, 41, of Petaluma was arrested at 120 Keller Street for loitering and violation of probation.

11:55 p.m.: Austin Martin, 31, of Rohnert Park was cited at the corner of Ellis Street and E. Washington Street for driving under the influence of alcohol.
