Public input sought on 'green' hotel

The developer of a proposed luxury boutique hotel at the corner of Petaluma Boulevard South and B Street is holding a public forum to discuss plans for what he describes as a 50-room, environmentally friendly project.

Jones Architecture and Development will hold the meeting on Wednesday, March 27 at the Petaluma Community Center from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Owner Ross Jones, the architect and developer of the project, said the focus of the hotel will be to provide Petaluma with a quality site that is consistent with the downtown character of historic Petaluma.
