Police Log

Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Wednesday, Dec. 7

12:09 p.m.: A reported stolen vehicle was recovered at 969 Petaluma Blvd. N.

Thursday, Dec. 8

6:57 p.m.: Police arrested Petaluma’s Brian Duffy, 37, near the intersection of Casa Grande Road and South McDowell Boulevard on two felony charges of felony cruelty to a child with possible injury or death and a misdemeanor charge for driving under the influence of alcohol.

8:16 p.m.: Jeffery Doyle, a 47-year-old resident of Petaluma, was arrested at a location along Marin Way for alleged felony domestic violence assault with injury.

11:24 p.m.: Police recovered a reported stolen vehicle near the intersection of Casa Grande Road and Ely Boulevard South.

Friday, Dec. 10

12:23 p.m.: San Diego resident Max Lamonte, 21, was cited at 23 Petaluma Blvd. N. for alleged felony vandalism and misdemeanor public intoxication.

8:03 a.m.: Penngrove’s Kenneth Clements, 55, was arrested at 5111 Old Redwood Hwy. on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

3:10 p.m.: Police arrested Rohnert Park resident Michael Graham, 32, at a location along Auto Center Drive for alleged felony domestic violence assault with injury.

9:09 p.m.: Sandra Lopez-?Gomez, 22, of Petaluma, was arrested at 905 E. Washington St. for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and causing bodily injury, a felony, and misdemeanor child endangerment.

Saturday, Dec. 11

10:08 a.m.: Police arrested Petaluma resident Eva Smith, 42, at a location along Lincoln Lane for alleged felony aggravated domestic violence assault with injury and misdemeanor violation of probation.

2:06 p.m.: Dale Ostrand, a 37-year-old Cotati resident, was arrested at a location along Petaluma Bouelvard North on a felony charge of domestic violence assault with injury.

2:44 p.m.: Police arrested 22-year-old Sacramento resident Maria Bambaloi at 2200 Petaluma Blvd. N. for alleged shoplifting and felony conspiracy to commit a crime.

Monday, Dec. 12

6:45 a.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen at 921 Madrone Lane.

Tuesday, Dec. 13

10:00 a.m.: Kevin Ruskauff, a 44-year-old resident of Fair Oaks, was arrested at a location along Petaluma Boulevard North for alleged felony stalking and threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize.

10:42 a.m.: Police arrested Joshua Porter, 28, of Crescent City near the intersection of Lakeville Street and Petaluma Boulevard North on charges of felony vehicle theft, felony possession of a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor use or being under the influence of a controlled substance.
