Mixed Martial Arts returns to Petaluma on Oct. 11 when Dan and Joanie Chavez of Knockout Promotions join MMA legend Rampage Jackson in presenting a series of matches pitting the best of Northern California fighters against the best from Southern California.

There will be 14 fights on the card, including two title fights.

The night will benefit Stephanie Cody, a 10-year old Rohnert Park girl who is suffering from a life-threatening illness. A raffle will be held, with all proceeds going to her family.

The event will be held in the Petaluma Veterans Building with doors opening at 6 p.m. and fighting beginning at 7:30 p.m. For tickets, call 393-8867.
