PVAC has 3 junior racquet champs

Three of the nine competitors from the Petaluma Valley Athletic Club were crowned champions in the Northern California junior Racquetball Championships held recently in Stockton.

Ava Nawroski was the girls 8-and-under multi-bounce champion.

Heather Mahoney not only won the girls 10-and-under competition, but finished third in the boys 10-and-under bracket.

James D’Ambrogia was the 12-and-under boys champion.

Dima Wert was second in the 18-and-under boys class.

Noah Brians finished second in the boys multi-bounce competition.

Jason Rigney finished second in the 10-and-under double-bounce division.

Daniel Woodbury was fourth in the boys 10-and-under class.

Ben Jenkel and Casey Pritchard also competed for PVAC.

The PVAC junior racquetball team is coached by Brian Dixon.
