Goals from freshmen Athena Edwards and Madsy Nielsen carried the St. Vincent High School girls soccer team to a 2-0 win over Healdsburg in the Mustangs’ season-opening game Monday evening.

Assists came from Grace Hosbein and Athena Edward. Goalie Siana Jimenez recorded the shutout behind good defense from the entire team.
